Always contact a professional to handle mold remediation. This customer had the right idea when calling SERVPRO of Sylvania/West Toledo. The customer had noticed a musty smell whenever they were in the basement. He stated that he had noticed a few spots on the drywall but nothing he was to concerned about. But then he had a sump pump back up and decided to call a professional to come out and help with the cleanup. Now his basement is dry, the musty smell is gone and he has his man cave back! He was very happy and his wife was even happier!
