Neglected rental home in Curtis Ohio

We were called out to do a general clean on a home after a long time tenant had moved out. The home was in extreme need of some heavy duty cleaning from years of neglect. This photo was just one example of the grease and dust build up. The property owner was very happy that we were able to restore most of the items he thought he was going to have to replace. At the end of the job, the property owner actually saved money due to restore verses replacement cost. A clean property always shows better and sells or rents  much quicker.
