Roof Ice Dam Damage

Ice dams on roofs after a winter storm can cause extensive damage to your home or commercial building. In these pictures a commercial building in Toledo Ohio had an issue with Ice dams and SERVPRO of Sylvania/ Toledo was there to help. The Ice and had built up on the inside in the attic and was damaging the ceilings throughout the building. With the type of Business that occupied the space, shutting down was not an option. Fortunately we were able to dry out the building with little interruptions to their daily office procedures. The customers were very happy and their building is back to 100% usable space.
